Five years ago we began looking at the future to be the best motor repair shop in this region.
This has been accomplished. Eighteen months ago we heard about Advanced Energy. They are an independent testing lab for the US Department of Energy and many others. You can go to their web site and click on motors and drives. www.advancedenergy.org
They came to our shop and audited us on best motor repair practice. This is where our new motor repair specs were accepted by Advanced Energy. After the audit, we shipped two new motors in crates to their testing facility. They were put on their Dyno to test all electrical and mechanical capability of the two motors. After this procedure they burnt up the motors and shipped back to us. We proceeded to follow our specification’s and re-wound. After assembly they were shipped back to Advanced and were put on their Dyno again. The second Dyno test was the same as the first. Nothing in our process damaged the motors in any way.
After the process we were presented with a certificate of PROVEN EXCELLENCE IN ELECTRIC MOTOR DIAGNOSTIC AND REPAIR.
This whole process has insured all of our customers and new prospects that we have spent the money and time to be a good choice for repair.
